  My review will be based on my experience with their service rates verses all of the other places I've lived. Folks, I don't know whats going on, but I suspect something fishy. My rates with this utility company are OUT THE ROOF. And this is coming from someone who is very conservative with my energy usage. For example, I keep my A/C on about 75 in the summer months and I keep my heat on about 63-65 in the winter months.
  I get daily messages of my usage. My costs have been over $10-$13 daily the last days. I've had locals tell me that in the winter their bills mysteriously go up here too much. Rumor has it it's to pay for all of the lights here in the tourist town. I don't know if its true, but I can tell you, they are raping us with their fees. Our costs here (for approx. the same size home) is much higher than anything I've ever seen in 23 years of living on my own.
